• All direction from Lucky Art staff must be adhered to. Guests are expected to follow staff instructions and behave respectfully to ensure a fun and safe environment for everyone.
• Party/Dining Area is for party guests only. Activity Room Tours are open to the public, and walk-in guests may be present.
• Activity Room Tours begin at the reservation time indicated during booking. (Example: A 10:00 AM party will begin at 10:00 AM.)
• Party host may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to reservation time for check-in and setup. Early arrival beyond this window may result in an additional time fee.
• Party guests are encouraged to arrive 15–30 minutes prior to reservation time to complete waivers and prepare.
• If the majority of guests are missing, a grace period of up to 10 minutes may be requested. This time will be deducted from the total reservation time. The tour will begin no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time.
• Party Packages consist of 2.5 hours of reserved time, including 1.5 hours in activity rooms and 1 hour in the party/dining area.
• Additional hour(s) may be purchased for $100 (+tax) per hour if schedule allows.
• The tour group moves forward continuously. Once an activity room has been completed, it will not be revisited. Late arrivals will join the group in progress and will not experience completed rooms.
• The minimum party size is based on the number of paid guests included in the selected package. If fewer guests attend, the full package price will still apply.
• All guests must be included in the final guest count. Guests participating in or entering the activity rooms will be counted as participating guests. Guests who do not enter the activity rooms and remain only in the party/dining area may be registered as Seat-Only Guests and will be charged the applicable Seat-Only Guest fee.
• Pricing applies to all guests regardless of age, except children ages 2 and under and seniors age 65 and over, who are admitted free of charge (no materials).
• FREE adult guests are provided in addition to the paid guests included in each package: Classic – 2 FREE adults, Deluxe – 4 FREE adults, and Signature – 10 FREE adults. Additional adults will be charged according to the applicable guest rate.
• All guests must complete a waiver prior to participating in activities.
• Each guest will be checked in and may receive a wristband for identification during the event.
• Services and amenities vary by package. Only items listed as included in the selected package are provided. Optional add-ons may be purchased separately, subject to availability.
• The Deluxe and Signature Packages include pizza calculated at 2 slices per paid guest. Based on the package guest count, Deluxe includes 5 pizzas and Signature includes 7 pizzas. Additional Guests are included in the pizza calculation, and any fractional pizza quantity will be rounded up to the next whole pizza. FREE Bonus Adult Guests are not included in the pizza calculation.
• Goody Bags included with the Signature Package are provided to children only. Please confirm the number of children with our staff when finalizing your guest count. Each included Goody Bag has a $5 value and may be upgraded to a $15-value Goody Bag for an additional $10 per bag.
• Bag + $2 Off Coupon quantities are based on the Guests Included in each package: Classic – 10, Deluxe – 20, and Signature – 25. FREE Bonus Adult Guests are not included in this quantity. Each Additional Guest will receive one Bag + $2 Off Coupon.
• The Signature Package includes one complimentary Birthday Star Gift for the birthday child. Gift items vary by season and availability.
• Outside food and drinks are NOT allowed with the Classic Package unless the Outside Food Add-On is purchased. Outside food and drinks are allowed with the Deluxe and Signature Packages. Birthday cakes are always permitted with all party packages.
• For safety reasons, open flames, cooking equipment, hot plates, and on-site food preparation are not allowed.
• Decorations are allowed within the party area. Guests may bring additional decorations, but existing Lucky Art furniture and setup may not be removed or altered.
• All personal items, food, and decorations must be removed at the end of the reservation time. A cleaning fee of $100 (+tax) will be applied if the area is not cleared.
• Additional add-ons such as goody bags, decorations, meet & greet, and extended time must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
• Reservation end time indicates when the party area must be fully cleared and ready for cleaning.
• No drugs or alcohol are permitted on the premises.
• Piñatas are not allowed inside the building or in the outdoor areas.
• Any outside entertainment or performers must be approved in advance by Lucky Art. power setups brought into the facility must receive prior approval from our team.

Booking Deposit/Return:

• A booking deposit of $100.00 is required at time of booking. This deposit is necessary in holding your reserved date and time.
• Cancellations made 72 Hours (3 Days) prior to Party Reservation Date will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 48 Hours (2 Days) or less will be non-refundable.
• Emergency circumstances warranting a change to booking date and/or time must be made 48 Business Hours prior to reservation date and/or time. Emails sent after closing hours or on a closed day will not be seen until the following opening business hours, resulting in the email being viewed as received on the day it is read.
